Return and Refund Policy

You can return your order within 60 days of receiving it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The average return cost is usually between $60 and $80.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@eve-melbourne.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Ship the Package
After receiving the instructions, return the item to the address we provide.
Make sure to use a shipping method with a tracking code (Track & Trace). As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, so we highly recommend a trackable option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process your refund to your bank account within 14 business days.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. However, please note that orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the products have been used or damaged beyond our control.

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • If the return is due to the customer’s decision, the shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and will vary depending on the chosen courier.
